Schools, Groups, Stag/Hen Activity Weekends

As we have grown up here we know all the best things to do and best places to do them!

We can offer tailor made activity days or weekends with or without accommodation. This can include a host of activities both on land and in the water, BBQs, train/airport shuttles, meals at great local restaurants and even discounts at some of the more lively bars in the area!

Please call or email for more information on what we can offer to make the most of your time in this beautiful and adventurous part of the world.

We know everybody wants something a bit different so we haven’t got set packages for activity days or weekends; we prefer the personal touch that is tailor made to you. Have a look at some ideas of what we can do. See what takes your fancy and let us know, so we can have a chat and give you a quote!http://www.cornishcoastadventures.com/kayaking/238-2/

Activities: From around £30/person/activity

In the water: Sit on top kayaking, Coasteering, Surfing rental or lessons (within 10 mins drive), Water skiing/wake boarding (within 10 minutes), Sailing (within 10 minutes), Stand up paddle boarding, power boat trips, mackerel or other types of fishing trips, scuba diving. Or we can simply just tell you where the best beach on that particular day is for surfing, exploring or just chilling!

On Land: We can give advice on making the most of the spectacular coastal path which runs alongside our accommodation, golf, mountain biking, bike hire on the Camel trail, mountain boarding, Zorbing, pamper sessions at a local Spa, Gym use. Or again just tell you the coolest things to do locally or further afield in other parts of Cornwall.

Eating/Drinking:

This part of Cornwall, particularly Port Isaac and Polzeath, has some great restaurants and bars. You can choose between fine dinning, seafood specialists or pub grub and burger style menus. Let us advise you and I’m sure you will be happy.

An example of how we do it:

Friday evening: Arrive at the Farmhouse, Pimms in the Garden, then walk down to Port Isaac to listen to the Fisherman’s Friends singing their Sea Shanties. A few more drinks while sat on the slipway in front of the performance with the beautiful harbour in the background. Enjoy a meal in the Harbour Restaurant.

Saturday: Meet out the front of the Farmhouse to get issued with all the kit, before heading down the hill to Port Quin for a sit-on-top sea kayaking session. Finish the activity with a bit of coasteering, jumping off some rocks down at the sheltered harbour! Chill out in the afternoon and relax with some Spa treatments or a round of golf at a local course, followed by a night out in Polzeath at some good bars with food and live music.

Sunday: Enjoy a cliff walk to a secluded beach or take all the kit you need for a recovery wild swim down at Port Quin before heading off!

Hen‡ †Do‡ Perfection

Dead easy to organise with Sam by email and phone. Paid in advance which made it simple. Seeing as this was taking 15 girls of varying ages and attitudes sea kayaking in April on a rather windy day, the guys couldn’t have been better at making sure we all had a fab time whilst keeping us safe in a laid back way! Good laugh too with the bride 😉 Loved it, already planning our next trip with them :)
